Went to this restaurant called Liang's Village Cuisine (梁妈妈家) in Cupertino -- this noodle / snack place quickly became a new favorite. The cold noodles (凉面) served in peanut sauce deserve special mention.

Went to Flushing during one of my trips to NYC and stopped by Nanxiang Dumping House (南翔小笼包). The soup dumplings were definitely worth making the trip out of the city!
